Circuit Wizardry: A Student’s Perspective in Robotics

Posted by

Hello, and thank you so much for clicking on my blog!

I’m a 16 year old rising junior in high school, in the great state of Massachusetts. I started tinkering with electronics when I was pretty young, and I learned to program in JavaScript at 11 years old. Ever since, I’ve had a passion for anything and everything related to  electrical and computer engineering as not only a hobby, but as a future career. When I started high school, I decided to enroll in a technical vocational school rather than my town’s local high school. I spend half my school time in a hands-on robotics shop – learning about robotics and industrial automation.

About Me

I spend some of my free time working on fun electronics and 3d printing projects. Balancing this with my schoolwork and my part time job is difficult, but I manage. I started this blog because I’ve learned so much from my hobby, and I want to share what I’ve learned with others so they can build on my experiences. (Take a look at my GitHub!)

Now, the inevitable question: Am I qualified to be giving these kinds of opinions and advice? After all, I’m still in high school. Everything I post on this blog is from personal experience. I’m not going to be spouting nonsense – only what I’ve learned from trial and error, and some cool projects that can inspire others.

How often will I be posting? I’m hoping to post at least once a week. My posts will range anywhere from 3d printing opinions to electronics advice, PCB design, projects, and much more. If you have any cool topics you’d like me to cover, feel free to contact me whenever. I’ll respond as soon as I can.

Anyway, that’s enough about me. Feel free to check out my published blog posts here, and once again, thank you so much for taking the time to read this article!
